Strategic Visionary | Empathetic Leader | Criminologist | Former United Nations Official

Visionary strategist and ethical leader with over 30 years of global experience driving justice, social impact, and systemic change. Currently a Partner at Global Empowerment Direct where I am shaping a future where diverse voices co-create meaningful solutions. I collaborate with organizations, policymakers, and communities to ensure that leadership is inclusive, ethical, and transformative.

My career spans leadership roles in international development and criminal justice institutions, including a distinguished tenure at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), where I spearheaded transformative programs across 20+ countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. With a strategic approach to policy influence, I have successfully engaged with Heads of State, ambassadors, senior government officials, academia, NGOs, and global thought leaders to drive lasting impact in areas that address human trafficking, child trafficking, child protection, and migrant smuggling.

A steadfast advocate for gender and racial equality, I champion diversity in leadership and mentor the next generation of changemakers. My extensive experience in criminology and criminal justice, alongside strategic communications expertise, has positioned me as a trusted voice in global policy in multicultural environments.
